You can check out the DiCicco menu here: http://www.diciccos.com/. That's where you'll also find a list of locations and hours of the chain.
Here's DiCicco's recipe for those who wish to cook it at home:
Chicken alla Cinzia
Serves 4
1 lb. of Chicken breast (cut in desired strips)
1 fresh tomato (diced)
8 green onions (diced)
8-12 oz. tomato sauce
8-12 oz. Penne pasta (cook in salted water)
4-6 cloves garlic (crushed)
8 oz. olive oil
Flour...for dusting Chicken breast
White wine for glazing
Chili flakes to taste
Italian parsley to garnish
Heat olive oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add floured chicken breast and cook 2-3 minutes on each side. Add crushed garlic and green onions and simmer for 4-5 minutes (until chicken absorbs the flavor of the garlic) Add white wine and continue simmering, until the alcohol cooks off. Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Add cooked pasta to frying pan, and toss until lightly coated. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
