Here's the recipe for those who wish to try it at home:
Chicken Picatta with Caper Butter Sauce
1 oz Cottonseed oil
4pc thinly pounded chicken breast
Flour
Kosher salt
1 table spoon of capers
Butter
Shallots
Chopped parsley
Lemon juice
Asparagus
Four 21/2 oz slices of thinly pounded chicken seasoned with a touch of kosher salt, dusted with flour and grilled topped with caper-lemon butter sauce. Served with steamed grilled asparagus.
