June 13th, 2006
- 6 p.m. Hawk scheduled to pick up kids

May 3rd, 2007
- Hanford Police search an area near 15th and Lacey Blvd. for item pertaining to the Debbie Hawk case, after received a tip that items were left in the area

June 6th ,2007
- Dave Hawk is arrested on charges of tax evasion, embezzlement, and child pornography.
June 11th, 2007
- Dave Hawk is released from jail. Hawk's father posted the $250,000 bond.
June 16th, 2007
