This is the first of a three book series. Book 1 is called 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.'

THE AUTHOR

Michael Caldwell is an author and publisher of 15 non-fiction books. They all celebrate successful people and their businesses. The first book, titled "The Wizards…Millionaire Magicians of the Vancouver Stock Market" hit the Bestseller List only two months after launch.

That was followed by "The Wizards…Millionaire Magicians of the American Dream." Michael's most exciting book, from a research standpoint, was "The World's Great Luxury Fishing Resorts." He travelled throughout North America to visit these places. By land, sea and air he covered a total of 28,000 miles in 77 days.

He has written profiles of more than 150 millionaires over the last 25 years. Today, however, becoming a millionaire is almost passe.  The nouveau riche of 2014 are all billionaires. With this new book, Caldwell has returned to what he does best, and just added a few zeroes.
