In an effort to raise money to provide clean drinking water through The W3 Project, the Marketing department at FiltersFast.com straps on pedometers and gets moving! With a goal of 10,000 steps each day for a 2 week period, the steps add up to miles, and the team is able to donate $1.00 for every mile logged.

Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) June 30, 2014

In a dedicated effort to reignite FiltersFast.coms commitment to The W3 project, and to prioritize its importance and value, the Marketing team pledged to strap on pedometers and log no less than 5 miles per day for a two week period. The challenge was set; a $1.00 donation for each mile logged would be donated to the non-profit organization Wine to Water, to provide clean drinking water to communities throughout the world. Each $1.00 donation will provide clean drinking water for one year, for one person, who otherwise would not have access to it.

Filtersfast.com, Wine to Water and TrekDesk formed a partnership called The W3 Project in 2012; with the mission being to raise money to help end the global water crisis. FiltersFast.com allows customers to donate $1.00 during the checkout process with 100% of donations going directly to fund the project. Additionally, customers and the general public have the opportunity to donate (log) or sponsor miles, by visiting http://www.filtersfast.com/w3. Donating miles is free and easy and may be donated individually or as a group. Each mile equals a $1.00 donation made by FiltersFast.com.

Since 2004, Filtersfast.com remains a committed authoritative resource for informing consumers about the importance of changing their air filters and water filters. The mission of Filtersfast.com is to add to their customers overall quality of life by offering first-rate products at the best competitive prices.
