Merced County Fair Wednesday Through Sunday

MERCED COUNTY, Calif. (KMPH) - The 123rd Merced County Fair kicks off Wednesday, June 11th and runs through Sunday, June 15th.

Christian artist Lincoln Brewster takes the stage opening night, which is also Seniors' Day, when seniors 65 and over get in free.

The Marshall Tucker Band is playing Thursday, which is also Kids' Day, when children 12 and under get in free.

On Friday, the R&B classic, WAR is live on stage at 8:30 p.m.

Sunday is "Free 'Till 3" day where everyone gets in free from noon until 3:00 p.m. Radio Merced will produce a show, Jaripeo Ranchero, in the Grandstand at 6 p.m. The show will include performances by Jesus Ojeda and Juan Rivera as well as bull riding and other entertainment.

There is also auto racing, a jet car show, truck and tractor pulls, carnival rides, great food and more.

General admission is only $5!
