Are you more stressed at work or home? It turns home life is stressing out a lot of people.
A new Penn State study found that people have significantly lower levels of stress at work than at home.
The results show that women get more of what they call "renewal" from their work than men. In fact, women reported finding more happiness at work than home.
And here's another interesting part of this study — these results held true with or without children in the mix.
Experts say there may be two logical explanations for this:
First, for some, work is an escape from home life.
Second, work serves as a big part of many people's pride — which brings them happiness.
