May 1, 2014 /MM-prReach/ —

Danae Netto Design has recently moved from Newport Beach to San Diego. Owner and Principal Designer Danae Netto specializes in Residential Interior Design and Home Staging throughout San Diego County.

To celebrate the recent move to San Diego, Danae Netto Design is offering a one hour complimentary consultation. Netto strives to create design concepts to fit every lifestyle and that express one’s individual style and preference. She works with contemporary, traditional, or completely unique styles tailored for each client.

Interior Design has many benefits. Recent scientific research has shown that interior design affects overall mood through lighting, color and furniture placement. A well-planned room has a positive effect and creates a sense of security and comfort in a home. Researchers have also discovered a correlation between a persons’ health, including longevity, with interior design. There is also some thought that human behavior such as communication and bonding is increased when appropriate space and color is used in Interior Design.

Danae Netto Design also specializes in Home Staging. Statistics show that staged homes sell faster than non- staged homes. Also, 83% of staged properties sell for the asking price or above, compared to those not staged, in a similar market. A professional home stager creates the proper focal points to help home buyers visualize the potential of a home.

Danae Netto graduated from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo with a BS degree in Business and attended Interior Design Institute in Newport Beach. Her office is in Del Mar, CA. She states, “We strive to bring a beautiful, functional space that expresses your style with your budget. We believe a home should tell your story by incorporating what you love.”
