Fresno Crash Injures Two, One Arrested

FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -

Two people are in the hospital after an overnight crash in Fresno.

It happened at 2:30 a.m. Friday morning at Cedar and Gettysburg.

Fresno police say the driver of one car ran a red light and crashed into another one in the intersection.

Two people in that car were injured.

The extent of their injuries is not yet known but firefighters had to use the Jaws of Life to get the driver out.

Police say the driver of the car that ran the red light may have been drinking and was taken into custody.
