FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -

Recognize the man in the picture?

According to police, the man in the picture is Terry Bowlin.

They say he is one of four men suspected of robbing young girls in southeast Fresno.

On March 20th police arrested two of the suspects, Anthony Eason and Ray Bacerra.

Police are also still looking for the fourth guy; they say he goes by the nickname "Jamaal," or "Jost."

The crooks are targeting girls between 12 and 16 years old according to police.

The victims reported to having their purses, backpacks, cells phones and necklaces snatched.

On Tuesday, March 18th police say a 17-year-old girl had her purse stolen while she was waiting for the bus.

It happened on the corner of Archie and Lane in southeast Fresno.

"Around here you don't want to see nobody get snatched, purses getting snatched. At first I see them racing. I thought they were boyfriend and girlfriend," said Johnny Yi.

Yi says he saw the girl chase after the guy.

According to police the guy jumped into a gray car and the girl latched on, trying to stop it.

Witnesses saw the car speed off; the girl was thrown to the ground.

Luckily, paramedics only had to treat her for cuts and bruises.

'It's not a joke; it's a crime going on in this neighborhood," said Yi.

Since March 17th, police say five similar crimes were reported in the area.

According to police, the guys look for girls walking home from school or waiting near bus stops.

On one occasion, a girl reported she was robbed outside a 7-Eleven on Chestnut and Church.

She told police she was standing outside when a guy came up to her, and snatched her necklace.

Joseph Melendez, an employee of the store says he sees a lot of young girls hanging around outside the 7-Eleven after school.

"I even told the young girls ... because I see a lot of regulars who wear the chains and I tell them be careful when you walk, walk in groups or come with your parents because there is a lot of that happening in Fresno, even older women," said Melendez.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the two wanted men are asked to call Detective Donnie Dinnell at 621-6334, or if you want to remain anonymous you can call Crime Stoppers at 498-STOP (7867) where you can receive up to a $1000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
