CLOVIS, Calif. (KMPH) -

The Clovis Police Department, working with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC), used underage decoys to attempt to purchase alcohol from businesses in Clovis.

The decoys went into thirteen different businesses and three employees were sited for selling alcohol to people under the age of 21.

The state-wide "Shoulder Tap" decoy operation is funded by a grant designed to cut back on alcohol-related crimes.
