Party For 102-Year-Old Sanger Man

Posted: Updated:

A Sanger man isn't ready to stop partying now that he's reached 102.

William Seber had a birthday breakfast on Monday and veterans in Sanger are throwing him another party on Saturday.

"I've lived here a long time. I'll probably live a long time more," said Seber.

William Seber has a care free spirit and at age 102 he's not ready to slow down. He prefers Bill and he's a Navy guy. "That was the best time of my life," said Seber.

Peggy and Bill have been married for nearly 60 years. They dated for a month before they tied the knot.

Peggy had four girls and together they had two more girls and a boy to make seven children. "That was fun. They wasn't hard," said Seber.

Peggy says her husband has always been a family man. She admits he has a few vices but nothing all that bad. "He eats what he wants and he'll smoke a cigarette if he wants to... he'll have a glass of wine, he'll have a glass of beer, but he's never over exceeded anything," said Peggy.

Happy birthday, Bill. May you have many more!
