FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KMPH) -

Update:

Lt. Hernandez with the Fresno County Sheriff's Department, says the four hikers have been found in good health and returned to China Peak.

Those four missing hikers spent the night in freezing temperatures near China Peak.

The Fresno County Sheriff's Office says the hikers left the China Peak resort around 2–30 yesterday afternoon... And went for a hike in the Rancheria Falls area.

The three women and one man, all in their early twenties, managed to call the Sheriff's office around 8–45 last night, saying they were lost.

They said they had some food, and were keeping warm with a camp fire.

Deputies say temperatures got down to 30 degrees overnight.

About 20 people helped find the hikers, who are now safe.
