Former boxer and nutrition expert, Jennifer Alcorn, visited Great Day to share some knockout nutrition tips and to demonstrate some exercises that seniors should be doing on a regular basis.

Easy Eating Tips:

  • Eat a healthy breakfast every morning
  • Purchase one fruit you've never tasted before
  • Purchase one vegetable you have not had in a year
  • Eat one more vegetarian meal than you did last week
  • Replace one dessert with fruit of low-fat frozen yogurt
