New Year's Eve Musts : Times Square App and Tipsy Tow Number

If you aren't hopping on a flight to New York to celebrate the New Year, you can still watch the ball drop live from your phone.

There's an official Times Square New Year's Eve app.

The app is retooled for this year, and available for both Apple's IOS and Google's Android operating systems.

The head of the Times Square New Year's Eve event says the app is his way to have the entire world count down the end of the year together.
