Health Concerns With Raw Milk

According to a new study from the Minnesota Department of Health one in six people who drinks raw milk gets sick with bacterial or parasite infections.

Those infections can include Salmonella and e.Coli.

Raw milk is milk that is not pasteurized – a process that uses heat to kill germs.

According to the report, infections can often cause diarrhea, stomach cramps and vomiting, which can last for about a week.
