Rescue workers are searching for a couple and four young children missing in the Nevada mountains.

The family went out to enjoy the snow Sunday. They never came home.

Rescuers are desperate to find them because of the sub–zero temperatures in the area.

Search volunteer, Joan Weagant says, "We've just gotta find them. We've known them forever, you know. And those are little tiny kids; they can't be out there. None of them can be out there in the cold like this."

The group was last seen in a silver Jeep with a black top.

A Navy team is assisting in the search.
