DELANO, Calif. (KMPH) -

Police have arrested the husband of a missing woman for violating a restraining order and also impounded his SUV.

Erika Lango was supposed to meet a friend on Wednesday but never showed up.

On Thursday, police arrested her husband, Julio Lango, for violating a restraining order to stay away from her and then impounded his SUV the next day.

Investigators say they found a baseball bat and a sweater similar to the one she was wearing in the SUV.

Delano police say there is surveillance video from an AM/PM in Delano showing Lango getting into a vehicle driven by her husband.

Police say Lango was seen leaving her apartment again after the video.
