'Dogs Seek Weekly Improvement

The Fresno State football team plays it's first road game of the season Saturday at Hawaii.

The Rainbow Warriors are 0-3 while the Bulldogs are 3-0 and ranked 23rd in the nation.

Fresno State got some breaks in a pair of one point wins. Now the schedule is favorable the rest of the way.

But with the ultimate goal of another Mountain West Championship and maybe more down the line, this is a Fresno State team that must continue to prove itself each and every week.

Head coach Tim DeRuyter believes his players are focused on the fact they need to get better every game to reach their goals. DeRuyter also knows each game gives the Bulldogs opportunities to show what they are doing.

The weather forecast calls for a 70% chance of rain Saturday night in Honolulu.
