Fresno Police Nab Three Men For Burglary, Carjackings

Posted:

Fresno police arrested three gang members on Tuesday -- two in connection to a northwest Fresno home robbery and the other for a carjacking last month.

Freddie Perez, 32, and 22-year-old David Crockett,of Hanford, were arrested after police identified the two as the suspects who held a man and woman at gunpoint inside of their home in the 4400 block of North Forestiere on Monday night.

Police say Perez and the other man stole a large-screen television, a DVD player, laptop, a cell phone and other property before stealing a pickup truck from the home.

Officers later located the stolen pickup truck parked at an apartment complex on North Sierra Vista.

Officers arrested Perez as he was driving off in a car.

Crockett was arrested at a home in the 4000 block of North Cornelia.

While officers waited for Perez, they spotted 36-year-old Robert Gonzales who was wanted for an April 3 near First and Clinton where a woman was dragged about 20 feet. He was arrested on the spot.

All three men were booked into the Fresno County Jail.
