Deputies Investigate Disappearance, Death Of Huron Man

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KMPH) -

The Fresno County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a 43-year-old Huron man. 

Gonzalo Martinez-Gayton, AKA "Camaleon, was found floating in the California Aqueduct near the Fresno/Kings County line on Friday by irrigation district employees.

The circumstances of his disappearance and death are unknown, the sheriff's office said.

He was reported missing by his wife to the Huron Police Department on March 31, the sheriff's office said.

Deputies say he was last seen in front of his apartment at about 8 p.m. on March 30.
