On The Loose: Oregon Man Sought In Central Valley For Double Shooting!

MERCED COUNTY, Calif. (KMPH) -

Local police are on the lookout for an Oregon man connected to two shootings earlier this week.

The Klamath County Major Crime Team recently tracked Leland Thomas Nicholson Jr. to the Dos Palos area of Merced County.

Nicholson, who also goes by the name"Tom," is a suspect in the murder of Terry Entriken and attempted murder of Vanessa Alexander in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Nicholson remains at large and should be considered armed and extremely dangerous, police said.

He is described as 6 feet 2 inches and weighs about 240 pounds. He has short, reddish-brown hair, green eyes, a tattoo that reads "Nikki" on right side of neck and possibly other tattoos.
