Road Delays: Lanes Close For Repairs On Highway 99 and 198

TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KMPH) -

Cal Trans crews Saturday morning will be closing a stretch of Highway 198 and 99.

The southbound 99 connector ramp to Highway 198 will be closed between 6 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.

Beginning at 9:30 a.m., the westbound Highway 198 connector ramp to southbound 99 will be closed.

That ramp is scheduled to reopen by 1 p.m.

The two road closures are needed so crews can make pavement repairs.

Delays are expected in the area.
