FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -

An accused burglar has been arrested in Fresno, and police say this is the second time he's been arrested in two weeks for a similar crime.

Fresno police went to the area of Fresno and Ashlan on Monday after receiving a call about a burglary.

Officers say Benshone Carter, 22, and two other people were responsible for the burglary. All three were taken into custody.

Investigators say Carter is an active burglar in that neighborhood. They say he was arrested in a similar case two weeks prior.
