Man Shot To Death In Exeter; Detectives Recover Gun

EXETER, Calif. (KMPH) -

Tulare County detectives are hoping a gun they found can help them track down a killer.

A man named Omar Vargas, of Farmersville, was shot to death in Exeter.

A witness says she hosted a party Friday night, and the word got out to too many people.

She says someone drove by in a car before Vargas was shot.

Detectives found a gun, but at this time, do not know who it belongs to.
