Did Man Inappropriately Touch Woman At Fresno State?

FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -

A man on Fresno State's campus wasn't hitting the books.

Instead, police say, he was hitting on a girl and overstepping his bounds.

Fidel Tafoya, 48, was arrested near the Henry Madden Library on Sunday.

He's a registered sex offender, and police say he inappropriately touched a woman in the library.

Tafoya was arrested for sexual battery and for giving a fake name to an officer.

He was later booked into the Fresno County Jail.
