Posted:
FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -

Police are looking for three masked robbers who held up a Fresno market at gunpoint Tuesday night and may have hit another Wednesday.

Investigators say it happened at the Foods Co on Shaw in central Fresno about eight o'clock Tuesday night.

That's when they say three men in dark clothing and masks robbed the store of about $600 then took off.

Then Wednesday, it happened again at the Food Maxx on Blackstone near Barstow.

Witnesses say three masked men with guns ordered customers and employees to lie on the ground while they grabbed cash then ran.

Police say they found the possible getaway car at the Whispering Woods apartment complex just a few blocks away.

No one was injured and there have been no arrests made as of yet in either robbery.

Anyone with information about these robberies is asked to please call Crime Stoppers at 498-STOP.

No one will know that you called and you could receive a reward of up to $1,000.
