Posted:
MERCED, Calif. (KMPH) -

Merced police are looking for a man who went to McDonald's. He didn't bring cash to buy a Big Mac; he brought a gun to rob the restaurant.

It happened around 8:45 p.m. Saturday at the restaurant located on 13th and R streets.

The manager says the man aimed a gun at the workers and demanded cash from the safe.

It's not known how much they gave him before he ran off.

Thankfully, no one was hurt.

Anyone who knows more about this is asked to call Detective Scott Skinner at 209–385–4702.
