Danger In The Sky: Northern California Funnel Cloud

ELK GROVE, Calif. (KMPH) -

Residents in Elk Grove, California, have their work cut out for them, cleaning up after a funnel cloud that blew into town on Monday.

Some who witnessed the powerful storm said it sounded like a freight train or airplane, starting slow and then going faster and faster.

The storm toppled trees, knocked down fences, and sent debris straight through windows.
