VISALIA, Calif. (KMPH) -
Authorities in Visalia put a chop shop out of business Friday evening.
Visalia Police say they were tracking a stolen motorcycle and found it at a home on the 1400 block of South Central.
Investigators say the bike and another stolen motorcycle were found stripped.
Michael Kain was arrested, accused of running the chop shop.
A teenager was also taken into custody for resisting arrest.
The case remains under investigation.
