Bank Robber Strikes In Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -

Fresno Police are looking for a bank robber who stuck out in the crowd because of what he was wearing.

Police say the man walked into the Wells Fargo branch on Shaw and First in North Fresno Saturday morning, handed the teller a note demanding money and then walked out of the bank with cash and the note.

Investigators say the man was in his 20s and was wearing a white painter's suit and a straw hat. He drove off in a 1995 gray Chevy suburban.

If you've seen him, you're asked to call Fresno Police at (559) 498-STOP.
