LEMOORE, Calif. (KMPH) -

Someone in the Valley is hundreds of thousands of dollars richer.

The California Lottery announced Wednesday that a winning Mega Millions ticket worth $182,000 was sold in Lemoore.

The winning ticket was sold at the Save Mart at 105 W. Hanford-Armona Road.

The ticket matched the numbers 55, 20, 11, 10 and 42, missing only the Mega number of 9.

Since no one hit Tuesday night's jackpot, Friday night's Mega Millions jackpot will be worth $36 million.

The California Lottery suggests winners sign the back of their ticket, keep tickets in a safe place and contact lottery officials as soon as possible.
