We are now six weeks out from Election Day.
A big push is on nationwide to register people to vote.
Volunteers and workers from more than 1,100 organizations will be out Tuesday making sure people who can vote will.
According to the U.S. Census, six million Americans did not vote four years ago because they did not know how to register or they missed their state's voter registration deadline.
October 22 is the last day to register in California to vote this November.
You can pick up forms at your local library or post office, or you can also register online on the California Secretary of State's website: www.sos.ca.gov.
