VISALIA, Calif. (KMPH) -

A 31-year-old at-risk Visalia man who was reported missing Wednesday afternoon is back home.

Visalia Police say Rudy Renteria -- who also goes by the nickname "Nicos" -- was last seen at his home at about 1 p.m. Wednesday.

Police say he has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and has the mental capacity of a 10 to 12-year-old.

According to a police department news release, Renteria returned home shortly after 2:30 p.m. Thursday and is doing fine.
