CLOVIS, Calif. (KMPH) -
Authorities are asking for the public's help in identifying and locating two men suspected of robbing a Clovis pizza parlor.
Clovis Police say the two masked men walked into the Papa John's at Fowler and Ashlan shortly after 10 p.m. Monday and demanded money from the register. They say the pair got a handful of cash and then took off in what appeared to be a white mid-90s Ford Taurus.
The store's manager and two employees were the only people inside the business at the time. No one was hurt.
The two suspects are described as being between 5'10" and 6'0" tall.
Police say one of the men had a black bandana covering his face, and was wearing blue jeans and black Puma shoes with a white stripe down the side. They say it appears he put his hand in a black plastic bag to simulate a gun.
Officers say the second man was wearing a mask and a light-colored hooded sweatshirt.
Anyone with information about this case is asked to call the Clovis Police Department at (559) 324-2594 or Crime Stoppers at (559) 498-STOP.
