New Metering System At Highways 41, 180

FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -

Drivers can expect a big change if they take highways 180 and 41 in Fresno.

Starting Wednesday afternoon, meters will be fully functional along eastbound and westbound Highway 180 ramps onto northbound Highway 41.

It's a measure meant to help drivers switch highways in a more orderly way.

The meters will be on from 4:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. each weekday.
