Tulare County Sheriff's deputies say a Lindsay man who was reported missing on Tuesday was dropped off at Los Angeles International Airport by a neighbor.
Felix Garcia, 62, suffers from dementia and has other medical problems.
According to deputies, a neighbor called them on Wednesday and said Garcia asked him for a ride to the airport Tuesday morning so he could fly to Mexico. They say the neighbor agreed and drove him to LAX.
Detectives are working with the Los Angeles Police Department and airport personnel to find Garcia.
Garcia is 5'9" tall and weighs 170 pounds. He has grey hair and full grey beard.
He was last seen wearing a red polo shirt and black pants.
