SQUAW VALLEY, Calif. (KMPH) -
A man is behind bars, accused of shooting his neighbor in Squaw Valley.
Shortly after 7 p.m. Monday, someone called the Fresno County Sheriff's Office to report an argument between neighbors in the area of Cardinal Lane and Ruth Hill Road.
When deputies were on their way, the person called back to say someone had been shot.
Deputies got to the location and found a 64-year-old man shot in the lower abdomen.
The victim was flown to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno. He's expected to be okay.
Deputies set up a perimeter around the accused shooter's house and arrested him around 9:30 p.m. His name has not been released.
