Fourth Ranked Oregon Next For Bulldogs

FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -

The Fresno State football team is preparing for its toughest test of the season. The Bulldogs travel to Eugene Saturday to take on the Oregon Ducks, ranked fourth in the nation.

They wrote the book on running the hurry-up offense, led by sensational, do everything running back De'Anthony Thomas.

In last Saturday's opener against Arkansas State, the Ducks had a 50-3 lead midway through the second quarter.

One sportswriter wrote that seeing the neon green clad Thomas darting all over the field was like watching a game of laser tag.

Fresno State head coach Tim DeRuyter compares Thomas to former USC Heisman Trophy winner Reggie Bush.

The Bulldogs will have all they can handle.
