SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. (KMPH) -

A Fresno Family was killed in a fiery plane crash in South Lake Tahoe Saturday night.

Witnesses say the plane burst into flames just minutes after taking off from the South Lake Tahoe Airport.

Investigators say the single-engine Piper PA32 was carrying five people.

The plane is registered to Francisco J. Delamora of Fresno.

He owns JDM Transport.

The Associated Press reports a dispatcher for the company says Delamora was flying to Lake Tahoe with his wife, Lorena, a 7-year-old daughter and two friends, all of who were killed.

The identities of the other two people have not been released.
