FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -

U.S. Marshals take down a "top 10" wanted parolee on the run from the state of Utah.

They found him outside a southeast Fresno apartment.

Tattooed with flames, the grim reaper and the devil on his arms and shoulder, 35-year-old Parvis Marashi was arrested.

U.S. Marshals say Marashi's previous convictions include burglary, theft, possessing and using a controlled substance, burglary of a vehicle, and two convictions of sexual abuse of a child.

U.S. Marshal Deputy Tim Merrell says "These are mainly the guys we want to get off the street. These are the ones harming kids and women in our community."

Many who live in the apartment complex say the arrest has them all keeping an extra close eye on their kids.

Marashi was booked into the Fresno County Jail.

He will be extradited back to Utah to face charges.
