Highway 99 Back Open After Police Activity

FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -

The California Highway Patrol says both sides of Highway 99, at Avenue 7, are back open.

This is just outside of the city of Fresno, south of Madera.

All lanes were closed just after 4 p.m. Wednesday due to police activity.

Authorities said the public was not in any danger.
