FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -
Fresno Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing teenage girl who they believe may be with a 43-year-old man.
Police say 14-year-old Julissa Garcia left her mother's home in the 100 block of West Browning Avenue on Tuesday, July 31 to use a pay phone near Bullard and Blackstone. She never returned home.
Julissa's parents believe she may be with Jose Eduardo Garcia, who goes by the nickname "Lalo." They believe the two are having a relationship. The two are not related.
Julissa is described as Hispanic, 5'3" tall, weighing about 120 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes and a mole on her lip.
Jose Garcia is described as Hispanic, 5'6" tall, weighing about 160 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes and a scar on his nose.
Police say Jose Garcia is wanted on two felony drug warrants.
