WOODLAKE, Calif. (KMPH) -
A Tulare County couple is in jail, accused of trying to arrange to have somebody killed in Woodlake.
Tulare County Sheriff's Deputies say Cesar Arellano, 23, and Lee Ann Jones, 19, were trying to hire someone to commit murder for $2,500.
The two were arrested Thursday after a four-month investigation that detectives say included recorded phone calls.
The name of the person detectives say Arellano and Jones wanted to have killed has not been released.
