VISALIA, Calif. (KMPH) -

Three people are under arrest after a vandalism spree in the South Valley.

Visalia Police say more than a dozen cars and trucks, and ten houses and businesses were bashed and trashed Tuesday morning with big river rocks.

After investigating, police say they arrested 18-year-old Brandon Franks and two 17-year-old boys on Wednesday in connection with the damage.

All three are now facing multiple charges including felony vandalism.
