CLOVIS, Calif. (KMPH) -
It's become a sign of the times.
Now homeowners aren't the only ones that have to worry about being burglarized.
Police are seeing an increase in local businesses being ripped off.
Clovis police released surveillance video that shows a crook whose still on the loose, walking away from the Super Kmart in Clovis.
Police say last Wednesday, the man smashed the front window of the store and got away with nearly a hundred thousand dollars in jewelry.
Police understand the video is not the best but it's all they have.
They say he was wearing a sweatshirt from the clothing line "Massimo."
And just last week, Clovis police released surveillance photos from the Kohl's department store.
Police are still trying to find three people wanted for another brazen theft captured on camera.
Detectives say the three people in the photos stole nearly $4,000.00 worth of jeans.
They left in a gray 1998 Ford Explorer, license plate number 4EDD769. If you have any information you're asked to contact the Clovis Police Department.
