VISALIA, Calif. (KMPH) -
It's the talk of the town, at least in Visalia where several downtown visitors were given a show earlier this week.
But it was a show many say they never want to see again.
A man was spotted taking off his clothes and then directing traffic in the sky.
It took place along Main Street.
Nick Arredondo grabbed his cell phone and took some video.
He says the man was carrying on a conversation with so called aliens in the sky.
Nick Arredondo says, "It sounded like he was giving them good directions to pick him up, he was like perfect angle for the ship okay I'm going to stand right here come pick me up."
Visalia Police were called but when they arrived, the man was wearing his boxers.
Police say unless officers witnessed the man naked or someone wanted to press charges, they had to let him go with a warning.
Police say officers did check him out and determined he was not a threat to himself, or anyone else.
