PORTERVILLE, Calif. (KMPH) -
Two men are in custody and two people are in the hospital after a home invasion robbery in Porterville.
Porterville Police say two men crawled through a window into a home in the 700 block of E. Worth Avenue Monday afternoon.
Officers say the two men tied up a teenager and the homeowner, then they attacked the teen's parents after they walked in on the pair ransacking the place.
The parents had injuries to their faces and were taken to a hospital.
Porterville Police say they caught one of the men in the act. They say the other ran away but was caught a short time later.
Investigators say the men had medical marijuana on them, taken from the home.
Police have identified the men as 20-year-old David Ortiz, of Porterville, and 22-year-old Andrew Lopez, of Lindsay.
