The championship of the San Joaquin Football League will be at stake Saturday when the Central Valley Vortex take on the Orosi Stars.
The semi-pro adult football league is made up of former high school and college players from the age of 18 to 35, who continue to play for the love of the game and for the friendships they make.
The Vortex are undefeated this season with a record of 10-0. They have outscored their opponents in those ten games, 354-41.
Saturday's championship game between the Stars and the Vortex will kick-off at 5:00 p.m. at Fresno's Roosevelt High School.
