Taekwondo Team Headed to Junior Olympics

FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) -

Some of the best Taekwondo students in the United States are right here in the Central Valley.

Several Sunnyside Taekwondo team members are heading to the Junior Olympics in Dallas.

These athletes earned their place to the USAT Nationals by competing in numerous qualifiers in Northern and Southern California this winter and spring.

They are considered the best in their belt, age and weight level in the Western United States.

After Dallas, they could be considered the best in the nation.
